I’m Stef, aka The Melbourne Chippy Chick.
I also started The Tradie Lady Club From being the only girl doing a carpentry apprenticeship when I was 23 at with Melbourne Polytechnic.
In my 3^rd year I was nominated for apprentice of the year, at that interview, I said I am going to be the face of all females in the industry.
That was 2016 and went on to work with my Father in his building business.
I knew my goal was to inspire and support other females in the industry.
When Miles asked me to be part of The G.O.A.T Tradie Book and he showed me the design, I loved it, I thought that didn’t come from him, that looks really cool lol.
